We're looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can take complex problems from concept to production and use modern AI technologies to build smarter products.

What you'll do
– Own features end-to-end, from understanding business requirements and designing solutions to implementation, testing, and production.
– Build scalable backend services using Python and modern web applications using React or Next.js.
– Design APIs, integrations, event-driven workflows, and reliable distributed systems.
– Develop AI-powered features, agents, and intelligent automation integrated into our products.
– Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor throughout the development lifecycle.
– Make practical architectural decisions, balancing simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
– Work closely with Product and R&D to turn ideas into working solutions.
– Take responsibility for the quality, performance, and reliability of what you build.

Requirements
– 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, including significant backend development.
– Strong Python experience (Django, FastAPI, or similar).
– Experience with React, Next.js, or comparable modern frontend frameworks.
– Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, APIs, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems.
– Experience with relational databases, Docker, and cloud environments.
– Practical experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, tool calling, or RAG.
– Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in real development workflows.
– Strong problem-solving skills, technical independence, and end-to-end ownership.
Nice to have
– Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ.
– LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain, MCP, and AI evaluation frameworks.
– WebSockets, real-time systems, and event-driven architecture.
– AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production observability.
– Self-hosted LLMs, model routing, and inference optimization.
– Experience with communication platforms, Voice AI, SIP, VoIP, FreeSWITCH, or Asterisk.
